The room is large and convenient for 4 members in my family. The staff is very friendly. There is a problem about charging. However, the staff and the manager there was very nice and happy to help customers.

Location is fabulous. This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to use this property every time we fly out of SA airport. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are spot on. The value is the best in town. We have left our car here now for a second time and no other place beats the rate. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Excellent staff. Friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast choices. Nice size room. Overall very comfortable and good location to travel to downtown San Antonio. Lamps needed new light bulbs.

The service , the space in the rooms. The beds were so soft . That there is complementary breakfast.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The toilet and shower floor plan was different than ever seen before but much more practical than other hotels. Breakfast could have used some turkey bacon for us Kosher eaters.

the beds were very comfortable. disappointed with the breakfast buffet. No toast or bagels, also no brown sugar or butter for the oatmeal that was offered. i feel like for what I payed for two nights you should tell people that it’s more like a continental breakfast that a buffet.

Everyone was super nice and pleasant plus helpful. The lobby so nice and immaculate..The breakfast galore buffet that was so wonderful with fruits, oatmeal, cereal and coffee. It was most enjoyable night I had.
